Chess helps promote critical thinking and has connections to many academic subjects. If you are interested in building and growing a chess program in your school, join us for an informative and interactive session, During this workshop, participants will discuss:
- assessing student progress in developing chess skills and thinking strategies,
- challenging students at all levels, and
- finding resources and tools to give students quality feedback.
Whether you have already begun a chess program in your school or are still in the planning stages, this session will be of benefit to you and your students.
