Thanks for your interest in checking out a manipulative courtesy of The Center for Mathematics and Science Education. Please note that all requests are on a first-come, first-served basis. You’ll receive a confirmation email upon submitting your request. All requests will be manually reviewed. After being approved, you’ll receive an approval email along with a time at which you can pickup the resource you have requested.
Please, only request one resource per classroom at a time. This allows all teachers to benefit from this limited opportunity.
Items may be checked out for up to 30 days at a time. If you need to keep the resource longer, you may reserve it for an additional 30 days (if available.)
You’re responsible for picking up and returning the resource from/to our location in Oxford, MS (details below.) You’ll also be responsible for properly maintaing and caring for the resource during the time you have it. You can read more details about this policy below.

As the borrower, you will assume all responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment and accessories provided. All costs associated with the loss, theft, or damage of the equipment while on loan to the Borrower shall be the sole obligation of the Borrower.
Replacement charges will be based on the cost of parts and labor to repair the equipment with consideration given in regards to “normal wear and tear.” If repair isn’t possible, or CMSE determines it more appropriate, the current cost of replacing the unit may be accessed instead. The Borrower bears responsibility to return all equipment in the same condition it was when originally loaned. As a Borrower, you shall use the equipment in a careful, respectful manner and as intended for academic pursuits and campus events. You shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, university policies, the equipment manual, and the terms and conditions relating the possessions, use, or maintenance of the equipment. You understand that failure to return the equipment at the scheduled return time may result in a a fine and/or the loss of future loan privileges.
