Number Talks in the Elementary Classroom

Workshop Description

Join us as we explore how to incorporate a low-preparation, but high-yield 15-minute classroom conversation into your daily routine.  Through this session, you will observe number talks with real students, engage in number talks as a participant, understand how to prepare and design your own number talks, and investigate computation strategies that mirror the progression of students’ understanding.

This session will be offered three times in different locations throughout the state in September.  We hope you can join us!
