Using Essential Questions to Unpack the Science Standards:
Grades 6-8
Workshop Description
In this one-day session, participants will discover how essential questions can effectively guide instructional planning. We will unpack the 2018 Mississippi Career- and College-Readiness Standards for Science and identify instructional activities that purposefully answer essential questions designed to actively engage students in thinking about their own learning.
This session will be offered three times in different locations throughout the state in September. We hope you can join us!
